Herbal Care Sdn Bhd, has come a long way from its humble beginnings in 1986 operating as a retailer at the junction of the old town of Penang, Malaysia selling mainly to wet market clientele and household. Free consultation on chinese physician treatment and prescription were offered to the locals as a way of promoting good health and the use of traditional chinese herbs.

The retail operation soon expanded into trading and wholesaling and the range of product expanded to include food products i.e. birds nest, marine products and spices. Processing of marine products and birds nest were conducted at the No. 41 Amoy Lane, Penang, Malaysia that is today the proud head quarter of Herbal Care Sdn Bhd.

Today, Herbal Care has successfully developed several herbal food and supplements including biotechnological product under its house brand of “herbal care” and “medic point” respectively.

In its effort to enhancing the health of the customers through holistic approach as denoted in the company's vision statement, Herbal Care will strive to broaden the company's product range by monitoring changing consumer trends and needs, investing in new business ideas, engaging in research and development and expanding its distribution network outside Malaysia.
